Registered members are assigned a username and password which allows them to login to an online members only section. Once logged in they can access the same tee sheet the pro shop uses to book their tee times.

The easy to administrate tee time manager uses a standard Internet browser so it's very familiar to even the most inexperienced Internet user. The pro shop administrator has full control over the electronic tee sheet and can pre-configure a sheet to match an existing system. Tee times can be blocked, added or set up in advance for tournaments and lottery draws.

Electronic Tee Sheets
The Tee Time Booking Agent is comprised of two separate tee sheets.  The Administration side tee sheet that has all the administrative controls.  The public/member side tee sheet allows end users to quickly and effortlessly book tee times in accordance with the parameters set out in the Administration side tee sheet.

Automated Lottery System
Courses that use a random draw or lottery method to schedule tee times during popular or peak times can let the points-based iGolf Automated Lottery System do all the work. Stats are tracked in order to maintain a fair and impartial order for all members. Lotteries are  created on the Administration side of the program, and members are then able to submit ballots for the Lottery online. Once the lottery occurs members will receive confirmation of their drawn time via email and remaining times will be made available to other members for guaranteed booking.
