How
is our system different?
The entire tee sheet can be viewed by the member. You aren’t merely submitting
a request for a tee time. You can immediately see what is available, and directly
book your tee time.
Are
there fees for booking a tee time?
There are no fees for members booking tee times. There is a one-time investment
on behalf of the members by the Club.
Can
I book a tee time anytime?
You can book at tee time 24 hours a day. You can book from the comfort of home,
from a remote terminal in the Clubhouse, or anywhere you have an internet connection.
How
do I receive confirmation of my tee time?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after booking. If you book
on behalf of others, they will all individually receive an email confirmation.
You will also be able to view the booking in the tee sheet.
How
far in advance can I book?
The tee sheet can be viewed as far ahead as you like, however advanced booking
limitations are established by the individual Clubs.
Do
I have to be a member to book online?
All members shall receive booking privileges. Individual Clubs may offer booking
privileges to Public players on a fee basis if desired. Tour booking agents
may also be given privileges in tourism areas.
Is
there a Lottery, and how does it work?
Yes, our RandomTee Lottery system is completely impartial. Draws are assigned
based on points accrued by the members. The assignment of points to the members
is completely customizable by the individual Clubs.
How
often can I book a tee time?
As often as you would like, unless limited by the rules of individual Clubs.

Can
the Admin set limits as to how members book?
Yes, booking privileges can be limited to member classes. ie full members,
junior members, etc.
Can
the Admin block times on the tee sheet?
Yes, the blocks of time can be reserved by the Administrators for tournaments
and Lotteries as required.
How
do I book tournament time into the tee sheet?
Not only can blocks of time be reserved on the tee sheet, iGolf has developed
tournament booking software that helps automate the setting up of Shotgun or
Crossover Starts.
How
easy is it to update the content of the Website and
Portal?
Our Websites and Portals are database driven so that changes to content can
be made instantly online.
Is
the site secure?
The tee sheet and portal are password protected for members. The entire website
can be password protected, or we can allow public access to specified areas
of the website.
How
often can online information be changed?
Information can be added/deleted/modified 24 hours a day through the secure
online Administration page.
